What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct appointments for mortgage protection, life insurance, final expense, retirement protection, and annuities
- Meet virtually with families to provide tailored life and health products
- Work with warm leads from families who have requested coverage
- Design insurance policies that fit clients' needs and budgets
- Provide mentorship and support to new agents
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to obtain a life/health insurance license in your respective state (license not required for interview)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Organized and self-motivated
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Familiarity with financial products and insurance
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment
