Position Overview

We are looking for highly motivatedRemote Sales Representativesto educate potential clients on the benefits of estate planning and guide them through the process of securing aRevocable Trustand other essential legal documents. This is a consultative sales role where you will work closely with prospective clients, addressing their concerns and helping them make informed decisions to protect their estate and loved ones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients interested in estate planning services.
  • Educate clients onRevocable Trusts, Financial POAs, and Healthcare Directives, explaining the benefits of avoiding probate, maintaining privacy, and ensuring financial and medical decision-making continuity.
  • Identify clients’ needs and recommend estate planning solutions that align with their personal and financial goals.
  • Guide clients through the estate planning process, addressing any concerns or objections professionally.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and follow up with potential clients to close sales.
  • Work collaboratively with the internal team to ensure a smooth and efficient client experience.
  • Meet and exceed sales performance targets by effectively communicating the value of our products.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

  • Sales Experience– Prior experience in sales, financial services, legal services, or estate planning is preferred but not required.

  • Legal or Financial Knowledge (Preferred)– Understanding of estate planning, probate, and trusts is a plus, but training will be provided.
