Job Title: Remote Sales Representative (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $3,000 - 4,000 USD/month depending on experience + uncapped commissions

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm Eastern Time

Job Overview

Our client is a steadily growing modern accounting firm for small to mid sized businesses in the US. Their clients are landscapers, roofers, web designers, doctors - busy small business owners who they appreciate dearly. The company provides a monthly subscription for bookkeeping, business taxes, and personal taxes where we serve clients year round. They areranked in the top 10% of accounting firms nationwide on Clutch.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our business development team. This individual will be responsible for running Zoom introduction calls, building proposals, pricing services, nurturing leads, and closing sales for our accounting services. This is working inbound leads that come through our website, this is not cold calling. The sales process is consultative.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales Process Management:
    • Conduct discovery calls to understand the client’s accounting and tax needs.
    • Present tailored service packages and solutions to prospective clients.
    • Track and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Work closely with partners and accountants to ensure a smooth client handoff.
    • Provide feedback to marketing on campaign effectiveness and lead quality.
  • Client Relationship Building:
    • Maintain regular follow-ups with warm leads.
    • Build long-term relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business.
  • Reporting:
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipeline development
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies:
Required:
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in professional services or financial industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication in English, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and virtual sales tools (Zoom, Loom, Calendly, Pipedrive, etc.).
  • Self-starter with a high level of initiative and accountability.
Preferred:
  • Experience selling for US companies
  • Familiarity with accounting
  • Understanding of consultative and value-based selling techniques.
