Job summary

Agent Alliance is seeking a motivated benefits representative to consult families remotely, explain plan options, and help them choose the coverage that fits their needs.

You will reach out to prospects, schedule Zoom meetings, customize plans, maintain client relationships, handle reviews and claims, and provide exceptional service. Weekly pay and a commission-based first-year earnings are highlighted, with a flexible work-from-home setup.

Qualifications

• Reach out to individuals who requested more information on the benefits offered.
• Schedule Zoom meetings with these members.
• Customize new benefit plans to fit the current needs of each client.
• Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
• Perform benefit reviews for existing clients and assist with claims or adjustments.
• Provide attentive customer service and necessary administrative support.
• Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns regarding their benefits.
• Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, updating as needed.
