Job summary

Teem is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to listen to recorded sales calls and score them against a rubric. You will document interactions, highlight coaching opportunities, and deliver weekly insights to the sales leadership team.

The role emphasizes accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting. You’ll contribute to improving coaching quality, maintaining objective scoring standards, and tracking trends across reps.

Responsibilities

• Call Review – listen to recorded sales calls with close attention to detail.
• Scorecard Evaluation – evaluate calls against the rubric on opening, discovery, objections, closing, script adherence and tone.
• Documentation – record interactions, moments, strengths and improvement areas.
• Scoring – assign clear scores per call using defined criteria.
• Weekly Reporting – compile and submit a weekly scoring summary to sales leadership every Friday.
• Flagging – surface calls with compliance concerns or coaching-worthy moments promptly.
• Consistency – maintain fair, unbiased scoring across reviewers over time.
• Trend Tracking – track patterns in weak points across the team.
