Job summary

Empower is seeking a Sales Program Manager to help launch and rapidly grow in new markets across the country. This role can be remote (U.S. only), or in-person in McLean, Virginia.

We are unable to sponsor visas for this position. The role involves recruiting, contracting with, training, and overseeing field sales contractors nationwide, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and performing background checks and trainings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales recruiting experience.
• Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
• Polished written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording information.
• Goal-oriented, organized, high-energy problem-solver with a strong work ethic.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, contract with, train, and oversee field sales contractors in newly launched markets nationwide.
• Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outbound outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Conduct background checks and team trainings.
• Ensure adequate inventory of marketing materials.
• Continuously refine processes, SOPs, and team workflows to optimize Empower’s Field Sales Program.
