Job summary

The Edson Agency, a partner of Symmetry Financial Group, seeks self-motivated individuals to build a flexible, remote life insurance and financial-solutions business. You’ll meet virtually with clients, work with warm leads, and develop lasting relationships through coaching and leadership development. Compensation is 100% performance-based with no income cap.

Part-time: $30k–$60k first year (15–20 hrs/wk); Full-time: $80k–$180k+ (30–35 hrs/wk). Leadership and ownership: $200k+.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain a Life & Health Insurance License (we’ll help you).
