The Edson Agency in Minneapolis, part of Symmetry Financial Group, is seeking motivated sales professionals to help families protect their homes and financial futures through mortgage protection, life insurance and retirement solutions. You’ll work with warm, inbound leads and follow a proven sales system to guide clients toward the right protection while building leadership skills.

• Part-Time (25–30 hrs/week): $30,000–$60,000+
• Full-Time (30–35 hrs/week): $80,000–$180,000+
• Agency Owner Track: $200,000–$500,000+

This position entails extensive training, mentorship, leadership development, and unlimited income potential with a performance based compensation structure geared towards individuals motivated by not only helping our clients but also earning a multiple six figure income.
