The role demands strong analytical skills, advanced Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with trade management systems and demand planning tools. Travel minimal; remote or hybrid work option is available.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years experience in sales planning or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Hands-on forecasting experience and experience with forecast accuracy.

• Run the annual sales planning process and manage inputs and timelines.
• Build and maintain account-level sales plans aligned with strategies.
• Monitor forecast pacing and report variances to leadership.
• Provide trade promotion analysis and support investment decisions.
