Amy's Kitchen is seeking a Sales Planning Manager to support the Sales team with forecasting, planning, and trade promotion analysis. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to keep plans accurate and aligned with company objectives.

Role requires strong analytical abilities and experience in CPG sales planning, with a focus on driving ROI and cross-functional alignment in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in sales planning, trade marketing, revenue management, demand planning, or commercial analytics in CPG.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
• Experience with trade promotion and forecast management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead annual sales planning process with input collection and timelines.
• Build and maintain account-level sales plans aligned to strategies and trade investment levels.
• Manage sales forecast and track pacing to plan by customer and channel.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and provide regular updates to leadership on variances.
• Reconcile inputs across Sales, Marketing, and Finance and explain variances to leadership.
