Job summary

SimX, Inc is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to scale our global B2B medical simulation business. This remote, U.S.-based role reports to the VP of Sales and collaborates with Finance, Legal, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to enable a high-velocity, accurate sales process.

You will own deal desk, forecasting, territory/quota, compensation, and the sales tech stack (Salesforce and forecasting tools), building scalable processes and dashboards for leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
• Advanced Salesforce expertise, including reports and dashboards.
• Experience managing deal desks, pricing, and approvals.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience building sales forecasts, pipeline management, and analytics.
• Ability to turn data into clear recommendations for Sales leadership.
• Experience partnering with Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Own the deal desk process from intake to handoff to Legal/Contracting with pricing and approvals.
• Own Sales reporting and dashboards for pipeline, bookings, and quota attainment.
• Run weekly Sales forecast process and monitor pipeline health and gaps.
• Model territory, quota, and ramp against bookings plan; administer compensation rules.
• Own administration and roadmap for Salesforce and other sales tech, ensuring data quality and governance.
