Muck Rack, a leading distributed SaaS platform for PR and communications, seeks a Sr. Manager, Sales Operations to elevate sales workflows and enable scalable revenue growth.

You will lead forecasting, quota design, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Success to drive data-driven decisions. The role emphasizes strategic leadership, operational excellence, and the deployment of scalable processes that boost efficiency and ARR.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales operations or related field with leadership experience.
• Experience scaling GTM in high-growth SaaS environments.
• Ability to translate data into actionable revenue strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic Sales Ops initiatives to improve ARR, win rates, and ACV.
• Oversee forecasting, quotas, pipeline management, and KPI dashboards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and CS to align roadmaps.
• Standardize workflows, training, and documentation for operational excellence.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions across teams.
