Job summary

Flagstone Foods is seeking a Sales Operations & Category Insights Manager in Minneapolis, MN to optimize analytics, processes and tools for profitable growth. You will own end-to-end category analytics across private label and national brand portfolios, delivering insights and forecasts to improve commercial performance.

You will lead cross-functional projects, enhance CRM usage, and develop dashboards to track key metrics, while partnering with Finance and Marketing to align strategies with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 4+ years in category management, sales operations, merchandising, or related analytics.
• Experience with private label and national brand portfolios is preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial skills including P&L, margin, pricing, forecasting, budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of scalable sales processes, workflows, tools, and best practices.
• Identify inefficiencies across the sales process and implement improvements.
• Support end-to-end RFP process with cross-functional input and high-quality responses.
• Establish and maintain sales performance dashboards and reporting systems.
• Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and key KPIs to identify opportunities and risks.
• Partner with Sales leadership to improve CRM utilization and data integrity.
• Evaluate technology and tools to improve sales effectiveness and decision-making.
• Forecast category sales, margin, and volume with market trends and seasonality.
• Collaborate with Finance on budgeting and monthly/quarterly forecast reviews.
• Translate data into actionable insights for Sales leadership and senior management.
