Job summary

Flagstone Foods is seeking a Sales Operations & Category Insights Manager to optimize analytics, tools, and processes that drive profitable growth. You will own end-to-end category analytics for private label and national brands, delivering insights and forecasts to improve commercial performance.

Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will build dashboards, monitor pipeline health, and partner with cross-functional teams to align commercial strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in category management, sales operations, merchandising, or related analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead scalable sales processes, workflows, tools, and best practices.
• Develop category analytics across private label and national brand portfolios.
• Create dashboards and reporting systems for visibility into commercial metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to improve CRM usage and data integrity.
• Forecast category sales, margins, and volumes with market trends and launches.
