Job summary

Total Health Oncology seeks a highly organized Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our growing oncology education portfolio. This role blends marketing, sales support, digital communications, and project coordination to execute day-to-day activities for sponsorship sales across our national program portfolio.

This hands-on role involves Canva collateral creation, email campaigns in Marketo, Squarespace updates, and coordinating Basecamp projects, with travel and remote work as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales support, communications, project coordination, or a related role.
• Experience with Canva
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar
• Experience with Squarespace, WordPress, or another website CMS
• Experience with project management tools such as Basecamp, Asana, Monday.com, or similar
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation
• Microsoft Office / Google Workspace proficiency
• Experience supporting a sales or business development team is a plus
• Healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical education, or conference/event industry experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Create and update sponsorship collateral and digital assets using Canva.
• Build and execute Marketo email campaigns.
• Update sponsorship pages in Squarespace.
• Support conferences and sponsorship campaigns.
• Prepare sales presentations and pricing materials.
• Maintain consistency across sales and marketing communications.
• Develop creative ways to promote meetings and sponsorships.
• Create and schedule social media content.
• Produce graphics for social channels.
• Support announcements and registration updates.
• Maintain an organized content calendar.
• Ensure messaging consistency across platforms.
• Manage Basecamp updates and tasks.
• Assign and track project tasks and deadlines.
• Coordinate information sharing for teams.
• Support quarterly team projects and initiatives.
• Organize campaign timelines and deliverables.
• Follow up with teammates to keep projects moving.
• Provide admin support to Sales.
• Assist with data entry, lists, and documents.
• Organize sales materials and internal resources.
• Support meeting prep and post-meeting work.
• Assist with slower-period projects.
• Provide additional department support as needed
