Job summary

HF Sinclair Corporation seeks a Sales Manager (home-based in Texas) to lead high-level sales and business development for White Oils and specialty products. You will define and implement long-term sales strategies, forecast, pricing, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D, operations, and customers across North America.

The role requires 5+ years in petrochemical account management, strong technical knowledge, and expertise in sales and market analysis.

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of Account Management experience within the Petrochemical industry with business to business and new business development sales experience is required
Strong technical knowledge and experience is required
Good understanding of customers, competitors and markets, new technologies, global supply/demand dynamics
EXPERIENCE in the sales or technical sales of specialty chemicals or white oils is preferred

Responsibilities

Contacts existing and prospective customers and builds business relationships at all levels.
Coordinates with Sales and Segment Marketing to achieve goals for assigned products and geography.
Identifies and develops new or specialized products and markets for white oils and specialty ingredients.
Develops and implements long-term sales plans and pricing strategies.
Maintains forecasting and reviews pricing and volume performance.
Completes call reports, account plans, and updates in Salesforce.
negotiates sales contracts and prepares complex business proposals.
