Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in B2B Direct Advertising Sales, including Money Mailer, Grocery Store Advertising, Coupon Ad Sales.
• Management experience in leading sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Attract and close new local/regional advertisers.
• Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and manage a team of independent contractors.
• Prospect, contact, and present products to potential clients.
• Maintain excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with one-call closes and IT literacy is a plus.
