• Experience in B2B Advertising sales such as Money Mailer, Grocery Store Advertising, Coupon Ad Sales
• Management experience

• Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and manage a sales team of independent contractors
• Prospect, contact, and present products to potential advertisers
• Excellent organizational skills
• One call close experience is a plus
