The Role

We’re hiring a Sales Manager to lead, scale, and optimize our outbound sales team. You’ll be responsible for building out a team of SDRs and Account Executives and will work closely with leadership and marketing to grow lead generation efforts.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll coach daily, track activity rigorously, and refine every part of the sales process. You’ll work closely with the Co-founders to evolve our sales process and hiring strategy as we scale.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and lead a team of SDRs and Account Executives
  • Track, report, and improve on key KPIs (appointments booked, conversion rates, pipeline velocity)
  • Drive accountability using CRM (Zoho) and structured sales cadences
  • Train, coach, and level-up reps with weekly 1:1s and team huddles
  • Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and lead gen
  • Make decisions based on data, not gut feeling
  • Report progress weekly in leadership L10 meetings
  • Help turn our giraffe-sized brand presence into closed revenue
Who You’ll Be Selling To

Our clients are independent insurance agencies, MGAs, and carriers.

What We’re Looking For
  • 4+ years managing B2B sales teams (SDRs/closers); ideally in outsourcing, staffing, or SaaS
  • Proven track record hitting team revenue targets
  • CRM fluency (Zoho preferred) and obsession with numbers
  • Strong coaching chops—you’ve leveled people up
  • Strategic mindset but tactical execution—can roll up your sleeves
  • Calm under pressure, direct in feedback, and supportive by default
  • Remote leadership experience with LATAM or international teams is a plus
  • You live our values and don’t need to be micromanaged
Compensation & Perks
