Job summary

AYS Group is expanding its Dynamic Life Insurance team in the United States. We seek licensed life insurance agents to join our high-performance group.

If you’re not licensed, we offer an accelerated licensing path and sponsor pre-licensing courses to get you started quickly. In this remote role, you’ll engage clients through telesales and Zoom, with compensation that starts high at 70% and can reach 140% as you grow, plus ongoing training and back-office CRM support to help you close more

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check.
• Minimum age 18 years old.
• No degree required to start.
• Must be willing to complete licensing (if not already licensed).

Responsibilities
