American Income Life / Globe Life is seeking motivated professionals for a 100% remote leadership opportunity focused on developing a high-performing virtual sales team. You will recruit, coach, and empower representatives to deliver client-focused insurance solutions while advancing your own leadership career.

Training, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided; a background in sales or customer service is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Physically located within the United States.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Hold or be willing to obtain the Life & Health Insurance License.
• Reliable computer and high-speed internet.
• No prior insurance experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, mentor, and develop representatives.
• Coach on communication, client service, and consultative sales.
• Monitor activity and provide constructive feedback.
• Conduct virtual coaching sessions, workshops, and team meetings.
• Identify development opportunities and create strategies for improvement.
• Build a collaborative culture centered on accountability and achievement.
• Lead by example and manage a virtual team of representatives.
