Job summary

Tidal Vision in the Pacific Northwest seeks a Sales Executive to drive growth for Clear Water Services’ environmental consulting offerings in the Portland/Vancouver region and nearby markets. You will prospect, build relationships with industrial facilities, and manage client accounts while helping clients meet stormwater and wastewater regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of sales experience, ideally in environmental consulting, engineering, industrial water treatment, stormwater management, or a related technical field.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset.
• High attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Excel and other general estimating tools.

Responsibilities

• Must operate within our mission-driven culture and core values.
• Business development: identify and develop new industrial consultancy opportunities in the regional market; build relationships with facilities and partners; conduct outbound prospecting and customer meetings; support existing client relationships.
• Consultancy & industrial program growth: expand environmental consultancy services; develop recurring industrial clients; identify opportunities to broaden services; understand permits and regulatory challenges; develop scopes of work with technical staff; maintain a robust CRM pipeline.
