Qualifications

• Experience in engineering or outside/inside sales environment, particularly with fluid power systems (pneumatics).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to deliver technical presentations and support sales strategies.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently within a remote role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential customers, service and maintain existing accounts, and enhance customer relationships to increase market penetration.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with customer personnel to secure orders and expand customer base.
• Provide technical expertise and support, including product demonstrations, to communicate how Festo products meet customer needs and resolve technical challenges.
• Develop customized proposals and solutions with the sales team to address customer requirements.
• Travel within the territory to visit customer facilities, troubleshoot issues, and ensure product performance meets expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and align products with market needs.
