Job summary

Pushpay is seeking a Sales Development Representative focused on Catholic prospects. You will initiate outbound outreach to parishes, dioceses, and Catholic nonprofits, qualifying needs and scheduling meetings with Account Executives.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of inside sales experience, strong phone etiquette, and familiarity with Salesforce and Outreach. The role is remote and KPI-driven, with a focus on community impact.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of inside sales experience; or willingness to learn.
• High school diploma required; BS/BA preferred.
• Experience with Catholic parishes or dioceses preferred.
• Strong communication and phone skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Outreach is a plus.
• Able to make 75 cold outbound calls daily.
• Comfortable with a KPI-driven, remote role.
• Knowledge of Catholic church leadership and budgets is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls, emails and texts to qualify parishes and dioceses, ministries and non-profits within the Catholic denomination.
• Able to make at least 75 cold outbound calls to potential customers each day.
• Schedule 1-2 appointments per day between prospects and Account Executives.
• Excellent communication skills to understand challenges prospects face in engaging their community.
• Identify and communicate how Pushpay can help.
• Use Salesforce and Outreach to manage and build your pipeline.
