Job summary

AmeriLife, a leader in retirement-focused financial solutions, is seeking an entry-level marketer to conduct outbound phone campaigns aimed at financial professionals. You will log activities in CrumpCRM, assist with Crump's digital tools, and collaborate with internal sales partners to grow business opportunities.

The role is remote, with opportunities to develop product knowledge and marketing skills through webinars, training, and onboarding support for teammates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience.
• Experience with PCs in Windows environment and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform outbound marketing phone calls to generate business development opportunities.
• Log calls, contacts, conversations, and illustration requests in CrumpCRM.
• Support adoption of Crump's digital tools via training and Webex walkthroughs.
• Collaborate with sales partners to drive opportunities.
• Identify additional business development opportunities beyond the campaign topic.
• Provide marketing content distribution such as emails, webinars, and videos.
• Deliver customer support via calls and emails to connect professionals with Crump resources.
• Describe and train on Crump's digital solutions over phone/Webex.
• Participate in webinars and training to grow Crump/industry knowledge.
