AmeriLife is seeking a remotely based sales specialist to drive revenue by recruiting and supporting agents in the life insurance space. You will manage relationships with producers, explain complex sales concepts, and coordinate with Crump resources and sales teams to maximize territory potential.

  • Partner with sales resources in all aspects of producer development.
  • Be able to call on lower producing agents in a sales capacity.
  • Maintain a proactive and supportive relationship with the sales, operations teams, the assigned group of agents, and solution centers.
  • Develop expert knowledge of products, carriers, and Crump resources.
  • Coordinate with sales team and producers to run complex and advanced illustrations consulting on creative solutions
  • Effectively utilize company client management system to manage sales process

Job Summary

Drive sales and build strong relationships with producers to generate revenue and meet sales quotas. Proactively calls agents and recruits new agents to build a book of business. Develops working relationships with producers, promoting agent recruiting and retention through sales ideas, marketing campaigns, illustrations and effective management and utilization of Crump resources. Position will be fully remote.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with PCs in a Windows environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products
  • Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience
  • Excellent telephone etiquette skills
  • Ability to display maturity, competitiveness, and a good work ethic
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Insurance industry, life and other related insurance products and sales processes
  • Possess basic knowledge of insurance underwriting
  • Two years of work experience in the life insurance industry, with one year of experience in a sales support role
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Series 6 and State Insurance Licenses
  • Understanding of sales concepts, illustrations, and the underwriting process
