Closets by Design in Knoxville is hiring sales/designer representatives to help customers organize their home. You’ll receive complete sales and design training, with no experience required, and you can work from home with pre-set appointments near you.

This hybrid role offers a flexible schedule, health and dental coverage, a path to senior designer with pay/bonus increases, 12-week paid training, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• No degree or prior sales experience required.
• Willingness to complete a 12-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to a vehicle and driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments provided.
• Build rapport to understand home organization needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities and educate customers on products.
• Follow training to help residential customers with their organization goals.
