Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives who can work from home in Tennessee. No experience is required, and you will receive complete sales and design training.

You will visit pre-set appointments with clients, build rapport, educate customers on products, and guide them through the design process to organize their homes. Health and retirement benefits are provided, along with mentorship and a clear path to senior roles.

Qualifications

• Must be coachable and have a growth mindset.
• Willing to complete 12‑week paid sales training.
• Must have reliable access to a vehicle with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (provided).
• Build rapport to understand customer organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on products and services.
• Follow training and use communication skills to assist residential customers.
