Job summary

Mosai is seeking a Sales & Customer Success Trainer to develop and deliver training programs that boost client-facing team effectiveness across Sales and Customer Success. You will accelerate onboarding, build consistent skills, and reinforce best practices that drive revenue growth, retention, and expansions.

Reporting to the Director of Training & Enablement, you will run instructor-led sessions, coaching, and certifications, partnering with Product, Marketing, and Clinical teams to keep

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in sales training, enablement, or a client-facing role with training duties.
• Proven ability to lead engaging in-person and virtual sessions.
• Experience creating guides, playbooks, certifications, and online courses.
• Strong coaching, communication, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience with a formal sales methodology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and training programs for Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Coach new hires and provide ongoing development during onboarding.
• Develop curricula covering product knowledge, sales processes, and industry expertise.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Clinical teams to maintain materials.
• Create programs enabling teams to position products and initiatives.
• Facilitate sessions, role-plays, and skill-building exercises.
• Coach Account Executives on prospecting, demos, negotiations, and closing.
• Support renewals and expansions through value-based discussions.
• Train CS Managers on adoption, reviews, renewal readiness, risk mitigation.
• Measure program effectiveness and track progress.
