Position: Remote Sales Consultant (Texas)

We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Sales Consultant to join our team remotely, focusing on the Texas territory. This role involves leveraging your technical understanding of ERISA matters to drive revenue through sales of our TPA services. You will have the opportunity to work with active lead sources and expand our client base in Texas. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of retirement plan structures, compliance, and regulations, enabling effective consultation with Advisors, Attorneys, CPAs, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with existing leads and prospect for new opportunities within the territory.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with Advisors, Attorneys, CPAs, and intermediaries to grow sales.
  3. Conduct consultations to understand client needs and demonstrate the value of our TPA services.
  4. Use your ERISA expertise to provide guidance ensuring client plan compliance and optimization.
  5. Explain complex retirement plan concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  6. Work with internal teams to tailor solutions for clients with assets up to $100M.
  7. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotes.
  8. Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and sales activities.
  9. Provide regular sales performance reports and market insights.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in the retirement services industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of ERISA regulations and retirement plan structures.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of remote work.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% within the territory.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Existing network in financial services or retirement planning is a plus.

SPECIALTIES: All ERISA-related roles including Defined Contributions, Defined Benefits/Pension, Non-Qualified, Actuarial, Sales, Service, Compliance, Implementation, Investments, ESOP, 401(k) Recordkeeping, Financial Advisors, Wealth Management, Wholesaling, Executive roles, etc. We place candidates at all levels, from Plan Administrators to C-Level Executives, including Investment professionals, Analysts, Portfolio Managers, and Brokers.
