DrBalcony is seeking a Sales Associate to build a lucrative pipeline by connecting with property managers, HOAs, and real estate professionals. You will educate them on balcony safety compliance and secure inspection contracts, with a path to commissions.

The role emphasizes a robust outbound approach, relationship-building, and closing deals, all within a fully remote, full-time 8-hour shift environment. Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of sales experience (real estate/home services a plus).
• Excellent communication over phone and in person.
• Self-starter who targets leads and closes deals.
• CRM experience with HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
