The Wood Agency Life in the United States is seeking motivated individuals for a 100% remote, 1099 life insurance sales role. You will speak with families who requested information, understand their needs, and walk them through suitable options and the application process.

No prior insurance experience is required as training is provided, and licensing timelines vary by state. You’ll be supported by mentorship from Ben and Andrea and access to exclusive carrier leads.

Job description

No insurance experience needed. This 100% remote, 1099 independent-contractor life insurance sales role is open to career changers. You'll help families who requested information understand their options and apply, and we walk you through licensing first.

What you'll actually do

• Speak with people who have already requested information about life insurance
• Ask about the household, goals, and concerns before presenting anything
• Walk through suitable options and complete the application with the client
• Stay with each case through underwriting and keep the client informed
• Record notes and next steps in the CRM after every conversation
• Learn products, carriers, and state rules through ongoing training
