Job summary

The Wood Agency Life is offering a 100% remote, independent-contractor life insurance sales role. You will help families understand options, assist with licensing, and guide them through underwriting, applications, and ongoing updates.

We provide licensing support, access to 43 carriers, exclusive lead systems, team calls, scripts, and one-on-one mentorship from Ben and Andrea. This is a true salesperson role for career changers who value autonomy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Willing to complete state licensing before selling life insurance.
• Able to learn regulated products and follow state rules.

Responsibilities

• Speak with people who have requested information about life insurance.
• Ask about household goals and concerns before presenting options.
• Walk through suitable options and complete applications with clients.
• Stay with each case through underwriting and keep clients informed.
• Record notes and next steps in the CRM after conversations.
• Learn products, carriers, and state licensing through ongoing training.

What you'll actually do
