Job summary

JoVE, a world‑leading provider of video solutions for scientific research and education, is hiring remote sales professionals in the United States. You will own the full sales cycle, prospect to close, and drive adoption in universities and colleges.

The role emphasizes building pipelines, presenting to researchers and faculty, and collaborating with Marketing and Customer Success to hit targets. Travel is required, with a strong compensation package including base + uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably EdTech, SaaS or related.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in-person and online.
• Proven ability to acquire new customers and grow existing accounts in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and willing to learn new skills.
• Willingness to travel at least 2 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle, from prospecting to close. Meet or exceed new business targets.
• Present JoVE products online and in-person to researchers, teaching faculty and librarians.
• Proactively build and maintain pipeline through outreach via emails, calls and meetings.
• Analyze trends and make data-driven decisions based on priorities in your work.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to deliver on sales targets, renewals, and campaigns.
• Attend trade shows and participate in other marketing activities.
