Job summary

First Citizens is seeking an experienced SailPoint operations engineer to ensure daily administration, support, and stability of the IGA platform. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and coordinate with IAM engineering, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams to resolve issues and maintain performance.

The role involves on-call support, certificate and TLS management, upgrades, and runbook maintenance. Ideal candidates will have deep SailPoint experience, Java/SQL, and integration familiarity with

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SailPoint support experience.
• Experience with agile methodology and issue tracking (JIRA or Azure DevOps).
• Experience with connectors such as Active Directory, JDBC, Web Services, SCIM 2.0, AWS, Azure.
• Strong knowledge of Java/BeanShell, SQL, REST APIs, XML.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 operational support for SailPoint including incident management.
• Monitor provisioning, deprovisioning, identity refresh, and certifications.
• Manage SailPoint encryption keys, keystores, certificates, and TLS settings.
