Job summary

WesBanco is seeking a Developer to join the IAM Support team within the IT department. The role focuses on building and supporting Sailpoint integrations, provisioning and auditability, and implementing secure, scalable solutions.

The position is remote within WesBanco's footprint, with occasional in-person meetings as needed. The Developer will design, build, and implement new integrations for IAM, support Sailpoint administration, and help advance the organization's cybersecurity practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience implementing Sailpoint integrations for provisioning and auditability
• Strong knowledge of web technologies and programming languages

Responsibilities

• Develops, codes, tests, and documents integrations between enterprise apps and Sailpoint.
• Maintains and enhances IAM tooling to support provisioning and audits.
• Participates in setting development strategy with IAM leadership.
• Identifies new features and integrations in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Establishes policies for publishing new integrations and governing Sailpoint connections.
• Troubleshoots issues and researches new technologies to support IAM goals.
