Job summary

WesBanco is seeking an IAM Sailpoint Developer to join our IT team supporting a 100% remote role within the bank’s footprint. The role focuses on building and supporting Sailpoint integrations, provisioning, and auditability, while ensuring cyber security best practices.

You will develop and maintain IAM tooling, contribute to the SDLC, and collaborate with business leaders on feature priorities. The position offers strong benefits and a stable, remote work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science and 3+ years of experience in the field.
• Experience creating and maintaining integrations with IAM and Sailpoint.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies including HTML5, CSS, XML, and JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Develops, codes, installs, tests, debugs, and documents integrations from enterprise applications to and from Sailpoint.
• Works on development projects to enhance the IAM capabilities of the organization.
• Participates in setting organizational development strategy.
• Identifies, recommends, and prioritizes new features and applications with business leaders.
• Establishes policies and procedures for publishing new integrations.
• Diagnoses and troubleshoots problems with existing integrations.
• Conducts research into current and emerging technologies and issues in support of the IAM team.
