Conspicuous is seeking a Sage X3 Finance Consultant to lead financial workstreams on mid-to-large Sage X3 implementations in the United States. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of Sage X3 implementation experience and a strong finance background, alongside excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Responsibilities include leading discovery workshops, managing configurations, and functioning as the primary contact for process inquiries. Must be a US Citizen or GC Holder, as sponsorship is not available.

Formación

• 3+ years Sage X3 implementation experience.
• Strong finance background covering end-to-end processes.
• Confident stakeholder management and 'trusted advisor' approach.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Sage X3 Financial certification (or willing to obtain).
• Must be a US Citizen or GC Holder.

Responsabilidades

• Lead finance module discovery, solution design, and requirements workshops.
• Own configuration, training, testing, and go-live for finance workstreams.
• Act as the functional lead, resolving process/functional questions and risks.
• Partner closely with PMs/architects and proactively communicate status/issues.
• Coach team members and help uphold delivery methodology and best practice.
