Job summary

Cherry Bekaert Advisory LLC is seeking a Sage Practice Leader to drive national strategy, growth, and delivery across Sage Intacct, Sage X3 and related solutions. You will own commercial performance, develop scalable delivery standards, and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

The role emphasizes client relationship stewardship, operational excellence, and M&A collaboration to expand the Sage ecosystem nationwide. Hybrid/remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and active CPA license are required.
• Substantial experience leading a Sage practice or a comparable ERP/business‑applications consulting practice.
• Demonstrated practice leadership in growth, delivery quality and team development within a consulting or value‑added reseller environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, growth and delivery of the Firm’s national Sage practice across the full Sage product suite.
• Own the practice’s commercial performance, including revenue growth, resource planning, utilization and margins.
• Build and maintain the operational infrastructure of the practice, including delivery standards and governance frameworks.
• Establish KPIs and use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement across the practice.
• Drive business development by expanding client relationships and cross-service opportunities.
• Lead practice-level due diligence and integration efforts for potential acquisitions.
