Job summary

ElectriCom Inc. is seeking a Safety Specialist to support and coordinate safety programs, reporting to the Senior Safety & Risk Manager. This remote/hybrid role has a local Florence, Texas presence and requires strong OSHA/DOT knowledge.

You will conduct site safety audits, lead incident investigations, deliver safety training, and develop proactive safety initiatives across Texas, with travel up to 60% and a focus on safety culture and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in construction safety with leadership experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of OSHA, DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform job site safety observations and audits.
• Lead safety training programs on OSHA topics.
• Conduct incident and injury investigations with root-cause analysis.
• Communicate safety findings with leadership and employees.
• Develop and implement safety initiatives to improve culture.
• Coordinate with operations and travel across Texas up to 60%.

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Construction Management, or a related field
