Job summary

ElectriCom Inc is hiring a Safety Specialist for a remote/hybrid role with a local Florence, Texas office. You will support and coordinate safety programs, conduct site safety audits, deliver training, and lead incident investigations in partnership with the Senior Safety & Risk Manager.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in construction safety, bilingual English/Spanish abilities, and strong knowledge of OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required; ability to communicate safety expectations in both languages.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT and related regulations applicable to safety in construction.
• Experience leading safety training and incident investigations with solid documentation.
• Proficiency with MS Office and safety metrics reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of applicable safety regulations and ensure compliance.
• Conduct site safety observations, audits, and hazard controls.
• Deliver OSHA-required training and company safety initiatives.
• Lead and participate in incident investigations, identify root causes, and communicate corrective actions.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive a proactive safety culture.
