Qualifications

• WORK ELIGIBILITY: Must be a U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States.
• AGE: Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• RESIDENCY: Guam residency required for entry into the program; Mayor’s Verification upon hire.
• COMMITMENT: Attend a minimum of two classes per week while maintaining a 40-hour work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workplace inspections to identify unsafe conditions and non-compliant practices.
• Support safety programs and compliance initiatives per OSHA standards.
• Assist with hazardous materials handling and environmental safety tasks.
• Document incidents, near misses, and safety concerns for investigation.
• Participate in emergency drills and maintain preparedness procedures.
• Provide safety orientations and toolbox talks to employees.
• Maintain safety records and inspection documentation.
