Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years of Scrum Master or Agile coaching experience.
- Experience on a SAFe Agile Release Train environment.
- Jira administration of sprint boards and metrics required.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily scrum, backlog refinement, sprint review and retrospective in two-week sprints.
- Keep sprint backlogs, impediments, risks and Agile metrics current in VA Jira.
- Coach the team and the VA Product Owner on SAFe 6.0 practice.
- Feed team objectives, capacity and dependencies into PI Planning.
- Escalate risks and blockers to the Release Train Engineer and program leadership.
