Job summary
VetsEZ is seeking a Scrum Master to join a remote team supporting a Department of Veterans Affairs project. You will lead Agile practices for multiple teams, prioritize the backlog, and help remove blockers to deliver increments. The ideal candidate has a BS in a technical field, 5+ years as a Scrum Master, SAFe expertise, and experience with Jira and GitHub.
You must reside in the continental U.S. and be prepared for government engagement. This remote role supports teams across the U.S.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, or related field.
- 5+ years as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Experience leading teams with large-scale software deployments.
- SAFe experience and certification preferred.
- Ability to obtain a government clearance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate scrum ceremonies and remove blockers.
- Prioritize backlog and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Report progress to senior leaders and capture actions.
- Promote Agile quality practices and CI/CD readiness.
- Advise government personnel on process improvements.
