TISTA Science and Technology Corporation is seeking a Scrum Master to guide Agile teams in a VA health context, facilitating ceremonies and coaching both the team and Product Owner within a SAFe framework. The role emphasizes strong Jira administration and cross-team collaboration, with a remote-US work option.

The successful candidate will hold SAFe Scrum Master or CS M certification, a Bachelor’s degree, and a track record of improving Agile metrics while ensuring alignment with program

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Scrum Master or Agile coaching experience.
• Experience on a SAFe Agile Release Train environment.
• Jira administration of sprint boards and metrics required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily scrum, backlog refinement, sprint review and retrospective in two-week sprints.
• Keep sprint backlogs, impediments, risks and Agile metrics current in VA Jira.
• Coach the team and the VA Product Owner on SAFe 6.0 practice.
• Feed team objectives, capacity and dependencies into PI Planning.
• Escalate risks and blockers to the Release Train Engineer and program leadership.

Pay Range

• The suggested pay for this position ranges from $80,546 to $92,875.
• The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
• Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
