Job summary

VetsEZ is seeking a Program Manager for a 100% remote role supporting a large federal government healthcare modernization project. The role leads the Program Management Office for the Census Talent Acquisition and Management contract, overseeing cost, schedule, performance, staffing, risk, quality, and contractual compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field, with 15+ years PMO experience.
• 10+ years managing enterprise IT development programs in multi-vendor federal environments.
• PMP certification with expertise in cost, scheduling, risk, and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to lead dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PMO and oversee cost, schedule, performance, staffing, quality, and contractual performance of programs.
• Serve as primary point of contact for CO, COR, Government PM, subcontractors, and partners.
• Manage the Integrated Program Schedule, milestones, resources, staffing, budgets, forecasts, risks, and metrics.
• Lead program reviews and provide timely reporting on financial and technical progress.
• Ensure cross-functional integration across teams and rapid response to issues.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, quality, onboarding, training and reporting requirements.
