Qualifications

• Proven track record in delivering client service.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate clients (individuals and groups).
• Analyze travel options and anticipate traveler needs to upsell services.
• Book domestic and international business travel across air, rail, and hotels.
• Use Sabre GDS and other GDS systems to book/modify itineraries.
• Ensure compliance with travel policies, supplier policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide proactive service and quick resolution of issues with customers and suppliers.
• Collaborate with the team to coach and provide feedback to improve service levels.
