American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a Travel Consultant to join our highly skilled remote team. You will provide outstanding service to corporate clients, coordinating domestic and international travel across air, rail, and accommodations, while ensuring policy compliance and high traveler satisfaction.

You’ll use GDS systems such as Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, and Amadeus, with training offered.

Qualifications

• Native SABRE expertise and strong travel industry knowledge.
• Professional communication and attention to detail in handling traveler data.
• Ability to resolve issues quickly, both independently and with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate clients and groups.
• Research options and anticipate traveler needs to upsell services.
• Book domestic and international travel across air, rail, road, and accommodations.
• Utilize GDS systems (Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, Amadeus); training may be provided.
• Ensure compliance with travel policy, provider policies, and regulations.
• Use positive telephone service techniques and fulfill special requests.
• Mentor teammates to improve service levels.
