Job summary

Teleperformance USA is seeking an experienced Training Specialist to develop and deliver Sabre GDS training for travel professionals in a 100% remote role. You will create materials, assess participant performance, and support both new hires and ongoing staff development.

The role emphasizes training for international itineraries, government travel accounts, and compliance with DoD policies, with opportunities for growth and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years' Sabre native GDS experience with native commands (PNR, fares, exchanges, reissues).
Minimum 2 years' international booking experience with complex itineraries.
Experience supporting U.S. government travel accounts and knowledge of DoD travel policy.
Call center supervisory or training experience in a high-paced environment.
College degree preferred or equivalent work experience; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate new hire, progression and enhancement training.
Train staff on client projects with emphasis on confidentiality and security.
Develop non-classroom training materials and evaluate participant performance.
Engage in client interactions including curriculum feedback and visits.
Ensure adherence to Security, HR, Operations policies and procedures.
