The role involves evaluating AI-generated contract suggestions for accuracy and legal soundness, reviewing AI responses to legal scenarios, and collaborating with product and research teams to refine training data.

The candidate will also draft, review, and negotiate technology contracts and contribute to improving AI-driven contract review systems.

Formación

• Juris Doctor (JD) with active bar membership in good standing.
• Strong experience in SaaS contract review, negotiation, and redlining.
• Experience in technology transactions in in-house legal environments.
